Product Summary
There are several major components to ProphetRMS.
- Field equipment for monitoring sensor data from the service rig directly as well as the activities and actions of the operators
- Web based ProphetRMS portal for accessing and monitoring current rig activity and sensor data
- Job analysis and job performance reporting based on industry data and comparative analysis
ProphetRMS Benefits
ProphetRMS provides many benefits and cost saving measures.
Efficiency
- Make informed decisions on up to date info with trended efficiency
- Evaluate performance of well servicing operations
- Identify well servicing operational improvements
Quality
- Improve job quality with accurate tracking of standards
- make better job decisions based on process / procedural information
Field Events and Activity Tracking
All actions are recorded in field for accurate activity and event tracking. This eliminates discrepancies, improves standardized processes and helps crews to do a more consistent and accurate well servicing job. On rig data display and job notes allows more accurate data to be used while performing the job.
Accurate Sensor Data for Analysis of Real Field Activities
Job performance measurements are based on various field sensors. These include engine RPM, tong pressure, hook load, block position and speed.
Remote Data Access via Web
All of the field data is updated at various intervals during any job via satellite to the central ProphetRMS Portal website. The sensor data can be examined, the events and activities of the field monitored as well as any field alarms or message types in is all available via the web interface. Any historical data can be viewed with sensor graphs, reports and specific job data.
